Adama Almagor is a broad-spectrum, multi-active systemic and translaminar fungicide engineered for high-value disease knockdown and preventive crop protection.
Active Ingredients: Azoxystrobin 5.1% w/w + Tebuconazole 9.1% w/w + Prochloraz 18.2% w/w EC
FRAC Group & Mode of Action:
Azoxystrobin (Group 11 / QoI): Inhibits mitochondrial respiration, stops spore germination.
Tebuconazole & Prochloraz (Group 3 / DMI): Demethylation inhibitors that disrupt fungal cell membrane sterol synthesis.
Key Benefits: Curative + preventive action, protects emerging flushes/leaves, halts active lesion spread, and improves crop health/luster for better market grade
Crop-Wise Dosage & Label Guidance
Regulatory Scope Note: Formal label-registered uses in India cover Rice, Chilli, and BlackGram (Broad extrapolation to unlisted fruit/horticulture crops is off-label; where local agronomic practice extends DMI/strobilurin combos to specialty crops, strict PHIs must be observed)

Standard water volume: 200 liters per acre (500 liters per hectare) calibrated thoroughly
Best Time & Conditions to Spray
Disease Timing: Apply preventatively at early onset of humid weather or at first appearance of spot/lesion symptoms. Do not wait till 80% canopy destruction.
Crop Growth Stage:
Rice: Booting to flowering/panicle emergence stage for blast/sheath blight management.
Chilli/Pulses: Vegetative branching through flowering and fruit-setting stages.
Time of Day: Spray during early morning or late evening. Avoid hot midday sun to prevent phytotoxicity with EC formulations.
Weather Check: Avoid spraying if rain is expected within 4–6 hours, or during high winds causing severe spray drift.
Safety Precautions
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Wear nitrile/rubber chemical-resistant gloves, apron, eye face-shield/goggles, and a respiratory mask during mixing and application
Handling / Mixing: Do not smoke, eat, or drink while handling the EC concentrate. Mix in well-ventilated open areas.
Compatibility: Avoid mixing with strong alkaline products or unverified cocktail mixes. Conduct a jar test if combining with micro-nutrients.
