₹890.00

PI Disruptor (Dinotefuran 15% + Pymetrozine 45% WG) is a powerful, dual-action insecticide specifically designed to combat a wide range of sucking pests. By combining two highly effective chemistries with distinct modes of action, it provides both a rapid knockdown and long-lasting residual control, making it an essential tool for integrated pest management.

Product Overview

  • Technical Name: Dinotefuran 15% + Pymetrozine 45% WG (Water Dispersible Granules)

  • Chemical Group: Neonicotinoid (3rd Generation) + Pyridine Azomethine

  • Mode of Action:

    • Dinotefuran: A highly systemic insecticide that acts on the insect's nervous system, causing immediate feeding cessation and paralysis.

    • Pymetrozine: A unique "selective feeding blocker." It interferes with the insect's nervous control of salivary glands and sucking muscles, causing the pest to permanently stop feeding and starve to death.

  • Special Features:

    • Systemic & Translaminar: Rapidly absorbed by leaves and stems, moving throughout the plant to protect new growth and hidden pests.

    • Dual Power: One ingredient provides the "speed" while the other ensures "persistence."

Key Benefits

  • Immediate Protection: Sucking pests stop damaging the crop within minutes of exposure, even if they don't die instantly.

  • Targeted BPH Control: Specifically engineered to provide superior management of Brown Plant Hopper (BPH) in Paddy, often controlling them at all mobile stages.

  • Extended Residual Life: Provides long-term protection, reducing the need for frequent re-application.

  • Safe for Beneficials: When used as directed, it is relatively safe for predatory insects and spiders that help control pests naturally.

Recommended Uses & Dosage

Disruptor is primarily used in field crops and vegetables where sucking pest pressure is high.

Application Instructions

  • Mixing: The WG granules dissolve quickly in water. Premix the required quantity in a small bucket to create a slurry before adding it to the spray tank.

  • Timing: For Paddy, apply at the first sign of hopper presence or when the population reaches the Economic Threshold Level (ETL). In vegetables, apply at the early vegetative or flowering stage when sucking pests appear.

  • Coverage: Ensure the spray reaches the base of the plants (especially for hoppers in Paddy) and the undersides of the leaves.

Safety Precautions

  1. Pollinators: Avoid spraying during the peak flowering period to protect honeybees and other pollinators.

  2. Safety Gear: Use a face mask, chemical-resistant gloves, and protective clothing during handling and spraying.

  3. Weather: Do not apply during high winds or if rain is expected within 2 hours.

  4. Storage: Keep in the original container in a cool, dry place, strictly away from food, water, and children.

  5. Waiting Period (PHI): Always observe the mandatory Pre-Harvest Interval (PHI) (usually 15–19 days for Paddy) to ensure residue safety.
