Tata Rallis Ergon is a high-performance, cutting-edge systemic and contact fungicide powered by Kresoxim-methyl 44.3% w/w SC (Suspension Concentrate). Belonging to the strobilurin group of chemistry, Ergon delivers exceptional preventive, curative, and eradicative action against a wide spectrum of stubborn fungal pathogens. It features unique "mesostemic" properties—binding tightly to the waxy layer of plant leaves and utilizing a vapor phase action to protect hard-to-reach plant parts.
Key Features & Benefits
Triple Action Power: Acts preventively (stops spore germination), curatively (halts disease spread), and eradicatively.
Phytotonic "Greening" Effect: Enhances nitrogen absorption and delays leaf aging, keeping foliage greener for longer, boosting grain filling, and improving fruit quality.
Excellent Rainfastness: Rapidly binds to the plant surface and resists wash-off once dried (typically within 1 to 4 hours), making it ideal for rainy seasons.
Wide Crop Adaptability: Safe and highly effective across a diverse range of field crops, commercial plantations, vegetables, and fruit orchards.
Crop-Wise Dosage Table
Crop Category | Target Diseases | Recommended Dosage per Acre | Dosage per Liter of Water |
Paddy / Rice | Leaf Blast, Neck Blast, Sheath Blight | 200 ml | 1.0 ml |
Vegetables (Chili, Tomato, Potato) | Powdery Mildew, Dieback, Early & Late Blight | 200 - 250 ml | 1.0 - 1.2 ml |
Fruits & Horticulture (Grapes, Orchards) | Powdery Mildew, Downy Mildew | 250 - 300 ml | 1.2 - 1.5 ml |
Commercial Crops (Soybean, Cotton, Maize) | Rust, Leaf Blight | 200 - 250 ml | 1.0 ml |
Application Tip: Mix the required quantity of Ergon thoroughly in a small volume of clean water, then pour it into the main spray tank filled with the recommended water volume (typically 200 Liters per acre). Ensure uniform coverage over both upper and lower leaf surfaces.
Best Time to Spray
Time of Day: Spray during the cool hours of the early morning (before 10:00 AM) or late afternoon (after 4:00 PM). Avoid application during intense midday sun or high temperatures.
Timing Strategy: Apply proactively as a preventive spray before disease symptoms appear, or at the very early appearance of initial spots. For rice, spraying at the boot-leaf stage yields optimal results.
Weather Conditions: Apply when foliage is dry and rain is not forecast for at least 2 to 4 hours to allow optimal absorption and rainfastness fixation.
Safety Precautions
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Always wear protective clothing, rubber gloves, boots, eye goggles, and a face mask or respirator while handling and spraying the product.
Handling Rules: Do not eat, drink, smoke, or chew tobacco during mixing or application. Wash hands, face, and exposed skin thoroughly with soap and clean water immediately after work.
Environmental Protection: Avoid drift into non-target areas. This product is toxic to fish and aquatic life; prevent runoff water from contaminating ponds, streams, or drainage canals.
Storage & Disposal: Store the product securely in its original, tightly sealed container in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated space away from children, livestock, food, and animal feed. Safely crush and dispose of empty packaging according to local regulations.
