Bayer Evergol Xtend is a next-generation, premium dual-action seed-treatment fungicide formulated as a Flowable Suspension (FS). It combines two powerful active ingredients with complementary modes of action:
Penflufen (13.28% w/w): A systemic SDHI (Succinate Dehydrogenase Inhibitor) fungicide that halts fungal cellular respiration.
Trifloxystrobin (13.28% w/w): A broad-spectrum strobilurin (QoI) fungicide providing contact and translaminar action to stop spore germination.
Together, they protect seeds and young seedlings from stubborn soil-borne and seed-borne pathogens, promote vigorous root development, ensure uniform plant emergence, and build early-season crop resilience.
Important Clarification on Crop Uses
Primary Registered Use: Bayer Evergol Xtend is specifically formulated and officially registered as a pre-sowing seed-treatment / seed-dressing product (primarily for crops like soybean, groundnut, Bengal gram, and rice/paddy).
Note on Broad Crop Categories (Commercial, Vegetables, Fruits & Horticulture): It is not a foliar spray and should not be applied to standing commercial, fruit, vegetable, or general horticultural crops as a spray over leaves. Its application is restricted strictly to treating seeds prior to planting to safeguard the germination phase.

Weather/Environmental Constraints: Never use this product as a foliar spray, drip irrigation treatment, or direct application onto standing crops.
Safety Precautions to be Taken
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Always wear protective rubber gloves, a face mask, safety goggles, and protective clothing when mixing or handling treated seeds.
