Adama Mastercop is a advanced, broad-spectrum fungicide and bactericide formulated with Copper Sulfate Pentahydrate 23.99% w/v SC (Suspension Concentrate). It utilizes next-generation formulation technology to deliver smaller copper particles, ensuring superior rainfastness, enhanced leaf adhesion, and optimal distribution. It targets both fungal and bacterial plant pathogens while providing exceptional crop safety without leaving harsh residues.
Active Ingredient & Mode of Action
Copper Sulfate Pentahydrate (23.99% SC): Acts as a multi-site contact fungicide and bactericide. It releases bio-available copper ions that disrupt the cellular membranes and metabolic processes of fungi and bacteria, effectively preventing spore germination and stopping disease outbreaks.
BioRetain™ Technology: Improves surface coverage and allows uniform penetration into the leaf cuticle, maximizing disease control with less metallic copper accumulation
Crop-Wise Uses and Dosage
Mastercop is versatile and safe for use across a wide classification of crops, including commercial, vegetable, and horticultural plantations.
Crop Category | Target Diseases (Fungal & Bacterial) | Recommended Dosage (per Liter of Water) | Dosage per Acre (approx.) |

Best Time to Spray
Crop Stage: Best applied as a preventative measure before disease symptoms appear, or immediately at the very first sign of fungal or bacterial infection.
Weather Conditions: Spray during calm weather (low wind speed under 15 mph) during the early morning or late afternoon. Avoid application during high temperatures, strong sunlight, or if heavy rain is expected soon.
Safety Precautions
Safety First: Always follow standard agricultural safety protocols when handling copper-based formulations.
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Wear chemical-resistant gloves, protective eye goggles, a face mask, and full-body clothing during mixing and application.
Tank Mixing Caution: Do not mix Mastercop with strongly alkaline products or sulfur-based fungicides. Always conduct a small jar test before attempting any tank mixtures. Use plastic, bronze, or stainless-steel tanks (avoid carbon steel).
Hygiene Standards: Do not eat, drink, or smoke while spraying. Wash hands, face, and exposed skin thoroughly with soap and water immediately after work.
Storage & Disposal: Keep the container tightly closed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, food items, and out of reach of children and farm animals.
