Identifying the Primary Problem: Mealybugs
The white, fuzzy insects in your photos are Mealybugs.
The Damage: They pierce the plant to suck out sap, which causes the leaves to curl, yellow, and wilt. Their "honeydew" excretion attracts black sooty mold, which coats the leaves and stops photosynthesis.
Why they are stubborn: Mealybugs are covered in a waxy, hydrophobic (water-repellent) layer that protects them from many standard contact insecticides.
2. Targeted Solutions for Mealybugs
To combat these, you have powerful systemic and biological tools:
Movento Energy (Spirotetramat + Imidacloprid): This is a high-end, "2-way systemic" insecticide. It moves both upward and downward within the plant's vascular system, ensuring that it reaches the pests even if they are deep within the canopy. Spirotetramat interferes with the mealybug's lipid production, causing them to stop feeding and preventing them from reaching adulthood.
Vijayneem (Azadirachtin 0.03%): A botanical insecticide that acts as an anti-feedant and growth regulator. It is excellent to mix into your spray program to deter mealybugs and break their life cycle, preventing future outbreaks
Crucial Application Tips:
The "Sticker" Factor: Because mealybugs are waxy and fungal spores can be hard to wet, you must use a surfactant/sticker in your spray tank. This is the most important step for these specific pests; without it, the liquid will bead up and roll off the waxy mealybugs and the leaves.
Thoroughness: Spray the undersides of the leaves and the stems where mealybugs cluster.
Rotation: Use different chemical classes. If you used an organophosphate (like Acephate in Tapuz) recently, switch to the chemistry in Movento for your next application to prevent resistance.
