Tata Rallis Ralligold WP is a high-concentration mycorrhizal bio-fertilizer containing Arbuscular Mycorrhiza (VAM) 23.3% in a 100% water-dispersible/wettable powder formulation. It is further enriched with humic acids, cold water kelp (seaweed) extracts, amino acids, and essential vitamins that stimulate root biology.

The active fungal propagules colonize the root cortex and build a dense underground web of fungal hyphae (secondary root extension):

  • Mobilizes Fixed Nutrients: Converts insoluble Phosphorus (P) and micronutrients (Zinc, Iron, Manganese, Copper) into bio-available forms for rapid uptake.

  • Improves Soil Moisture Uptake: Significantly enhances drought and salinity tolerance by drawing moisture from deeper soil layers.

  • Minimizes Transplant Shock: Stimulates lateral feeder roots and protects root tips against environmental stress.

Application Methods & Recommended Dosage

Unlike the granular (GR) version which is strictly dry-broadcast, the WP (Wettable Powder) formulation is designed for drenching, drip irrigation (fertigation), seedling dip, and directed collar spraying.

Drench thoroughly around active feeder root zones

Best Time and Application Window

  • Crop Timing: Apply during early growth stages—at sowing, nursery seedling dip, during transplanting, or within 10 to 25 days after planting. Early establishment ensures the fungal network grows alongside the expanding root system.

  • Daily Window: Apply in the early morning (before 9:00 AM) or late afternoon/evening (after 4:30 PM) to shield living fungal spores from intense ultraviolet rays and soil surface heat.

  • Soil Condition: Soil must be adequately moist at application. When using drip irrigation, run the irrigation cycle first to wet the root profile, inject Ralligold WP during the middle-to-end phase, and flush lightly with plain water.

  • Application Focus: VAM fungi require physical root contact to establish. While general foliar sprays wash down to the crown, drip irrigation, root drenching, or seedling root dips deliver the highest colonization rates.

Safety Precautions & Compatibility

  • Chemical Fungicide Conflict (Critical): Do NOT mix or drench Ralligold WP with chemical soil fungicides (such as Carbendazim, Hexaconazole, Metalaxyl, Mancozeb, or Copper Oxychloride), as they directly kill live mycorrhizal spores. Maintain a gap of at least 10 to 14 days between chemical fungicide applications and Ralligold WP.

  • Biocontrol & Organic Compatibility: Fully compatible with bio-agents such as Trichoderma viride, Pseudomonas fluorescens, mycorrhizal enhancers, and organic extracts.

  • Fertilizer Mixing: Can be injected alongside soluble NPK drip fertilizers or humic acid; avoid excessive, concentrated phosphoric acid mixes at the exact moment of inoculation.

  • Storage Conditions: Store in a cool, shaded, dry location away from direct sunlight, radiant heat, and open air. Keep the packet tightly closed until the moment of dissolution to preserve spore viability.

  • Handling: Completely non-toxic and eco-friendly. Standard agricultural practice applies: avoid inhaling powder dust, wear light handling gloves, and wash hands with clean water after use.
