Bayer Solomon is a high-performance, broad-spectrum insecticide formulated as an Oil Dispersion (OD). It combines two powerful active ingredients with complementary modes of action:
Beta-Cyfluthrin (8.49% w/w): A fast-acting pyrethroid providing quick knockdown through contact and stomach action by disrupting the insect's nervous system.
Imidacloprid (19.81% w/w): A systemic neonicotinoid that is rapidly absorbed by plant tissues, offering long-lasting systemic protection against sap-sucking pests.
The unique Oil Dispersion (OD) formulation ensures better spreading, improved adhesion to waxy leaf surfaces, enhanced rainfastness, and deeper penetration into plant tissues for superior pest control.

Good Time to Spray / Apply
Timing: Apply at the earliest appearance of pest populations or when damage reaches economic threshold levels (ETL). Avoid delayed applications on heavy, established infestations.
Weather Conditions: Spray during the early morning or late evening hours. Cooler temperatures prevent rapid evaporation and reduce heat stress on the crop.
Wind & Rain Control: Avoid spraying during high winds to prevent drift onto non-target areas. The OD formulation provides good rainfastness once dry, but avoid spraying if heavy rain is imminent within 2 hours.
Safety Precautions to be Taken
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Always wear protective rubber gloves, a face mask/respirator, safety goggles, long-sleeved shirts, trousers, and boots during mixing and spraying.
Handling Restrictions: Do not eat, drink, smoke, or chew tobacco while handling or applying the product. Avoid direct contact with skin, eyes, and mouth.
