Tricyclozole + Streptomycin + CabMag SL (The Specialized Paddy Blast Eradicator & Tissue Fortifier)
Product Description
This expert-formulated tank-mix is a highly targeted solution engineered to arrest severe blast outbreaks and restore plant health in paddy crops. , it combines Tag Teem (Tricyclozole 75% WP), the world-renowned systemic anti-blast fungicide, with Tagmycin (Streptomycin Sulfate + Tetracycline Hydrochloride 90:10) and Compo Expert's premium liquid calcium-magnesium formulation, Basfoliar CabMag SL.
This triple-action mix completely deactivates the blast fungus from within, suppresses overlapping bacterial leaf infections, and repairs cell walls to bring your scorched fields back to health.
How the Combination Works (Targeted Knockdown + Cell Hardening)
Tag Teem Fungicide (Tricyclozole 75% WP): Tricyclozole is a highly specialized, systemic melanin biosynthesis inhibitor. It is rapidly absorbed by the roots and foliage, moving upward to actively prevent the fungus from penetrating plant tissues. It aggressively targets, dries up, and eliminates the distinctive large, spindle-shaped blast lesions seen on the paddy leaves
Tagmycin / Streptomycin (Systemic Antibicide): Fungal blast damage creates open, weeping wounds on the leaf blade, making it highly susceptible to devastating secondary bacterial attacks like Bacterial Leaf Blight (BLB). This systemic antibiotic moves throughout the vascular network, neutralizing bacterial pathogens before they can induce widespread wilting or "Kresek."
Basfoliar CabMag SL (Calcium + Magnesium Nutri-Therapy): Fire-blast severely strips the crop of its green canopy and compromises structural stability. Calcium (Ca) strengthens and thickens the outer cell walls, providing immediate mechanical resistance against further disease penetration and reducing lodging risk. Magnesium (Mg) replenishes the core of the chlorophyll molecule, jumpstarting photosynthesis to quickly reverse the field's yellowed, "burnt" appearance.
Key Features & Benefits
The Ultimate Blast Specialist: Tricyclozole provides unparalleled preventative and curative action against Leaf Blast and is exceptionally effective at protecting against catastrophic Neck Blast and Panicle Blast.
Rapid Rainfastness: Tricyclozole is absorbed by the plant within 1 to 2 hours of application, making this mixture highly reliable even during unpredictable, humid monsoon seasons.
Cellular Structural Recovery: The specialized Calcium in CabMag SL hardens plant tissues, making them physically tougher for fungal hyphae to puncture, while Magnesium rapidly restores a deep green canopy.
Maximizes Grain Weight: By actively keeping the flag leaf healthy and improving carbohydrate translocation, it directly reduces empty grains (chaffiness) and yields brighter, heavier grains.
Recommended Dosage & Mixing Guidelines
For 1 Acre of Paddy crop, mix the following components in 200 Liters of clean water:
Tag Teem (Tricyclozole 75% WP): 120 to 150 grams
Tagmycin / Streptomycin: 24 to 30 grams (approx. 3 to 4 pouches of 6g/10g)
Basfoliar CabMag SL: 250
Mixing Instructions:
Make a smooth, uniform slurry of Tag Teem in a small bucket of water.
Completely dissolve the Tagmycin pouches in a separate small container of water.
Fill your main spray tank halfway with clean water, add the dissolved Tagmycin, followed by the Tag Teem slurry.
Finally, pour in the liquid Basfoliar CabMag SL, stir the entire tank mix thoroughly, top off with water to 200 liters, and spray immediately.
Best Application Practices
Application Timing: Spray protectively at the very first sight of diamond-shaped lesions on lower leaves, or at crucial physiological stages like late tillering, panicle initiation, or booting—especially when nights are cool and days are humid/cloudy.
Thorough Foliar Wetting: Use a fine mist spray nozzle to ensure uniform, blanket coverage across the entire crop canopy, hitting both upper and lower leaf surfaces.
Cultural Nitrogen Management: If a heavy blast infection is actively spreading, immediately halt any planned top-dressing of Urea / Nitrogen fertilizers. Excessive nitrogen softens plant cells, acting as fuel for rapid fungal and bacterial multiplication.
