Tricyclozole + Plantomycin + Zinc (The Elite Paddy Blast Specialist Kit)

Product Description

This expert-curated, three-in-one tank mix is a highly targeted solution engineered to arrest severe fungal blast outbreaks and fast-track crop recovery in high-yielding paddy fields. By combining the specialized systemic power of Tricyclozole with a potent systemic antibiotic (Plantomycin) and an essential micronutrient (Zinc), this mix delivers complete, multi-site protection.

It completely deactivates the blast fungus from within, suppresses overlapping bacterial leaf infections, and triggers rapid canopy greening to protect your final yield.

How the Combination Works (Targeted Eradication & Recovery)

  • Tricyclozole (The Blast Specialist): A highly systemic fungicide that acts as a melanin biosynthesis inhibitor. It is rapidly absorbed by the plant foliage and moves upward to actively prevent the blast fungus (Pyricularia oryzae) from puncturing and penetrating plant cell walls. It aggressively targets and dries up spindle-shaped leaf blast lesions before they can reach the panicle neck.

  • Plantomycin (Systemic Antibicide): Formulated with Streptomycin Sulfate (9%) + Tetracycline Hydrochloride (1%). Severe fungal blast attacks break down leaf structures and leave open, weeping wounds. These wounds act as easy access points for destructive bacterial pathogens like Bacterial Leaf Blight (BLB). Plantomycin moves systemically inside the plant's vascular network to neutralize these bacterial threats before they can cause widespread wilting.

  • Zinc (Chelated Zinc EDTA 12%): Severe disease outbreaks strip the plant of chlorophyll, leaving the field with a scorched, "burnt" appearance. Foliar Zinc acts as an immediate recovery catalyst—stimulating growth hormones (auxins), accelerating chlorophyll production, and restoring a healthy, active green canopy.

Key Features & Benefits

  • Unrivaled Blast Protection: Provides top-tier preventative and curative action against Leaf Blast, and is exceptionally effective at preventing catastrophic Neck Blast (which breaks the panicle stem).

  • Superior Rainfastness: Tricyclozole is absorbed by the paddy tissue within 1 to 2 hours of application, making this combination highly reliable and wash-off resistant even during humid, unpredictable monsoon seasons.

  • Fungal + Bacterial Shield: Eliminates field guesswork by treating active blast while simultaneously building an internal systemic wall against opportunistic bacterial blights.

  • Yield & Grain Quality Guard: By actively protecting the flag leaf and driving essential micronutrient nutrition, this combination maximizes grain weight and significantly reduces empty, chaffy panicles.

Recommended Dosage & Mixing Guidelines

For 1 Acre of Paddy crop, mix the following in 200 Liters of clean water:

  • Tricyclozole 75% WP: 120 to 150 grams

  • Plantomycin: 24 to 30 grams (typically 3 to 4 pouches of 6g/10g)

  • Zinc EDTA 12%: 100 to 150 grams

Mixing Instructions:

  1. Make a smooth, lump-free paste of the Tricyclozole powder in a small bucket of water.

  2. In separate small containers, completely dissolve the Plantomycin and Zinc EDTA in water.

  3. Fill your main spray tank halfway with clean water, add the dissolved solutions one by one while stirring constantly, top off with water to 200 liters, and spray immediately.

Best Application Practices

  1. Application Timing: Spray protectively at the very first appearance of diamond-shaped lesions on lower leaves, or at crucial growth stages like late tillering, panicle initiation, or booting—especially when nights are cool and days are humid or cloudy.

  2. Thorough Coverage: Use a fine mist nozzle to ensure uniform, blanket coverage across the entire crop canopy, hitting both sides of the leaves.

  3. Cultural Nitrogen Rule: If a heavy infection is actively spreading through your field, immediately halt any scheduled soil application of traditional granular Urea / Nitrogen fertilizers. Excessive nitrogen keeps plant tissues soft and succulent, which drastically accelerates disease multiplication.
