Adama Zamir is a high-performance, broad-spectrum systemic fungicide featuring a unique dual-DMI formulation: Prochloraz 24.4% + Tebuconazole 12.1% EW (Emulsion in Water). It combines two powerful demethylation inhibitors that work via complementary binding to stop fungal growth. It provides both preventive and curative protection, making it exceptionally effective at halting stubborn fungal infections while ensuring excellent crop health and higher yields.
Active Ingredients & Mode of Action
Prochloraz (24.4%): An imidazole DMI fungicide that disrupts fungal cell wall synthesis and membrane integrity.
Tebuconazole (12.1%): A triazole DMI fungicide that moves systemically through the plant to halt ergosterol biosynthesis in fungi.
EW Formulation (Emulsion in Water): Eco-friendly liquid formulation that ensures superior spreading, quick leaf absorption, and excellent rain-fastness without clogging spray nozzles.
Crop-Wise Uses and Dosage
Zamir is widely used across commercial fields, vegetables, and horticultural crops to manage challenging fungal complexes (such as fruit rots, blights, and powdery mildews).
Crop Category | Target Diseases | Recommended Dosage (per Liter of Water) | Dosage per Acre (approx.) |
Commercial / Spice Crops (Chilli) | Die-back, Fruit Rot, Powdery Mildew | 1.5 ml to 2 ml per liter | 350 ml to 400 ml |

Best Time to Spray
Disease Stage: Best used preventatively before infections take hold, or immediately at the very first appearance of disease symptoms (such as initial spots on leaves or early die-back signs).
Weather Window: Spray during calm conditions in the early morning or late afternoon. Avoid spraying during intense midday heat, bright sunshine, or if rain is forecasted shortly after application.
Safety Precautions
Safety First: Always follow standard safety measures when handling systemic concentrated fungicides.
Protective Clothing: Wear chemical-resistant gloves, protective eye goggles, a face mask/respirator, and long-sleeved clothing while preparing and applying the spray.
Handling Hygiene: Do not eat, drink, or smoke while mixing or spraying the chemical. Wash your hands and exposed skin thoroughly with soap and water after completing the work.
Drift Management: Ensure the spray mist does not drift toward adjacent non-target crops, water bodies, or fish-rearing areas.
Storage: Store the product tightly sealed in its original container in a cool, dry, well-ventilated space, securely locked and kept out of reach of children and farm animals
